Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a Citria account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Citria is a SaaS platform that automates medical appointment scheduling via WhatsApp using an AI assistant called Noa. The service includes access to the conversational assistant, a web management dashboard, and the integrations required to operate through Meta's WhatsApp Business API.
3. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@touchof.tech. Citria is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
By using Citria you agree to:
- Use the service only for managing legitimate medical appointments.
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business API usage policies.
- Not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content.
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or Citria's internal systems.
5. Free trial and billing
Citria offers a 7-day free trial with the basic plan. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid plan. Pricing details are available within the platform. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 60 days' notice before the start of the billing period.
6. Intellectual property
Citria and all its content, branding, code, and technology are owned by Touch of Tech. Use of the service does not grant you any rights over Citria's intellectual property beyond the limited access needed to use the service under these terms.
7. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Citria (clinic, doctor, and patient data). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service availability
Citria targets 99% uptime for its own platform. This commitment does not cover interruptions originating from Meta's WhatsApp Business platform, whose availability is outside our control and governed by Meta's own policies. Citria is not liable for losses resulting from WhatsApp Business platform interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Touch of Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Citria. Citria's total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.
10. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the Citria dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. After cancellation, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 15 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
